About
Stuart Range Pony Club is located in Kittitas County with meetings held in both Upper and Lower Counties. We are part of the Inland Empire Region of the the United States Pony Club.
Pony Club is the largest equestrian educational organization in the world. As part of that organization, Stuart Range Pony Club follows the USPC curriculum in our mounted and unmounted lessons, so that all members meet the USPC standards of proficiency in horse management and mounted skills. Members progress through different levels, called certifications, at their own speed.
Unmounted lessons teach members about all aspects of horse management including nutrition, veterinary knowledge, grooming, bandaging, stable management and hoof care just to name a few.
Mounted lessons include flatwork, jumping, cross country and dressage. While Pony Club has traditionally been an English program, we are excited to now offer a Western track as well!
It is not necessary to own your own horse or pony to join Pony Club, but you do need to have access to a safe mount to participate in mounted lessons, rallies, camps etc.
Stuart Range Pony Club meets on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month for unmounted meetings. We also have 1 to 2 mounted lessons a month as well, which may be on either a Saturday or a Sunday.
For more information about our club, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email. We would love to hear from you!
